I squeaked down to 140- 140.8 to be exact. My exercise has been great, now I do need to keep counting points to break that hard 140 barrier!!
63.9 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
