New scale this week (for the Biggest Loser competition at work), so I blame it on that. I weighed myself at home last night... and was 8 pounds heavier than this.
Anyway, I figure with the time of day & scale change, this is making the difference as I really should have gained this week. I ate like crap the majority of the week, basically as a last hurrah.
However, I will be exercising everyday after work and will be watching the meals so we'll see how it goes. I may also start seeing a counselor as I've always planned to get back to one. That may help me have a more permanent success.
