I think my focus has been in the wrong place. I have been trying to secretly restrict my intake while not wanting to spiral (how contradictory!). I have been feeling all the guilt and dirtiness of my "ED" days, with none of the results I've had in the past. So, I awoke with a new view this morning... I will eat the things I enjoy boldly and will try to avoid the things I don't enjoy (just as boldly). I will be purposeful and open about everything I eat and stop this automatic grazing that I've been doing since I fell pregnant. And maybe I need to start getting some exercise! Hehe!
