45 hours into my water fast. I feel fine. I was a little tired but then we went to the gym and I did a little workout (abs are sore) and some treadmill and of course my red light thing. Energy is back to normal. I'm going to have another cup of black coffee soon and another electrolyte drink. I may continue my fast longer than planned if I still feel okay when it's supposed to end. Of course I could also end it early if I don't feel well or if my glucose goes too high. Right now glucose is 84 and GKI is 1.1 so not too shabby. Food smells good right now but I don't feel any real hunger pains so it's all good right now. I going to make hubby and son dinner soon but I'm making something I don't like so no temptations there.
