Overslept today and did not have time-no way-to exercise this morning, but will walk at the Y. Busy day today, will get home late.
Yesterday I wanted to wear some pants that I bought at the thrift store three weeks ago, but had been reluctant because I thought they may be too tight and I don't look very good in pants, anyway. When I put them on, they were way too big! I had to pin them at the waist and spent the day tugging and pulling to keep them up. So funny: no change in the scale, but a big change in the shape!
