I feel I should be doing exercise beyond sitting at my desk each day, although I have no idea what to do as I don't have an weight bench or anything to work out on.
Also heard it's better to work out in the mornings to boost the metabolism although that would mean getting up extra early at like 5 am. We'll see how well I stick with entering things into the site before I start exercise in the frosty mornings.

I think that we should break out our mats and devote about an hour or so an evening to exercise videos and working out at home. I think it would make quite a difference in our energy levels.
