I am stuck!!! I can't seem to have the scale move this week. :( I did put on a pair of jeans I haven't worn in a week or so and they almost fell right off so something has changed which is a good thing!!! (I just hope they don't fall of unexpectedly today) Anyway I am not going to give up gonna keep on chugging along.
