Ready to share🤭🤗 on the left weighing 130 at age 21, right a couple months ago165 now at 25. I love my body but I’m just not comfortable at this weight and that’s ok! I want to make healthier choices and feel confident! If you can relate/advice lmk 💕😄

Either way you look healthy and great. It's up to you which weight you want to be at. If it was me I would pick the weight I felt the best at and the healthiest. If it's where you are at now, Maintain it. If it's the smaller you the go on a low carbohydrate/ moderate protein diet of reduced the serving size of what you're eating. Good luck on your choice. You can't go wrong on either one.

You truly do look amazing in both, but I can definitely relate. I was 115lbs about 2.5 years ago and got to 145lbs. Cardio and healthy food choices are my only advice. I’ve been doing that for the past month and have so far lost 6lbs. It’s all about what you can do and stick to for sure. I had to pick a “diet” that I knew would work for me as I am a big fast food person because I’m always on the go.

Cute little figure. I would agree with Keilin. Lifting will sculpt your body and get you toned up really quickly if that's something you are interested in.

When gyms open back up I would be so open to lifting weights! I’m shy to go to the gym but my bf would accompany me so I’m open minded 😄

It was uncomfortable for me in the beginning but as you see your own muscle and progress, it really motivates you to keep going. You just have to walk in there like you own the place. 😉💪🏼❤️

You got this!!! Something that has a ton of protein that I love to eat is peanut butter on rice cakes. ( a suggestion if your not allergic)

Wow yes I love peanut outer and rice cakes and have never thought of putting them together so smart!! Haha ty I will definitely try that!
