36 hours in. Only 4 more to go for my 40 hour fast. I still didn't get to the gym. (I might go today) I want to go but I'm a little scared right now because of what's going on. I'll weigh myself Monday morning and not today after a fast. Weekly fasting will continue. I like autophagy and what it can do for my body.
Just got home from the gym. I only did the treadmill and red light therapy today but I got over my fear and went. Now back to 5 days a week.
