Ugh So very frustrated today. This better not become a habit. I need to show a lose next week. Getting very frustrated. Have high stress levels right now and it is very tempting to dig into that candy bowl from my son's trick or treating, but I'm staying out of it...

High levels of stress can cause a raise in cortisol in the body which can inhibit weight loss sometimes. Get some exercise, do some yoga, find an outlet for some of the stress. Up your protein and try to eat every few hours with some protein at each meal. It will keep your blood sugars level and your metabolism going. Stick with it and you will see a loss. Sometimes you just have to push through.
