No change. Guess you can't expect it daily. Stayed in my carbs, but chested with a scoop of hubby potato salad. Couldn't resist. Real bad thunderstorms here in Las Vegas. WIsh this rain would go away - it's killing my new shouder.

One cheat is not a deal breaker,but you can resist. It will make you feel more empowered. The celery and cream cheese sounds real good, I will have to get me some cream cheese next time I'm at the store.
