Happy Monday! I survived Halloween and all the goodies that go along with it. I splurged & had some caramel corn that I made from scratch but in all I was fairly good. Didn't eat so well today because there just wasn't time - dentist appointment during lunch then I was numb until late afternoon. Hope you all had a great weekend!
