I NEED TO WORKOUT!!!!!

Tammi come on...tomorrow go for a 20 minute walk/run...YOU CAN DO THIS!! Walk/run 10 minutes in one direction and then turn around and go home.

I know, I do that, I walk at least 20 min per day, but I need to kick it up because my body has gotten used to that little walk. Tonight, I aspire to go the gym. Wish me luck!
