I was away from home 2 days. I did not eat alot, but, I ate more than normal I walked one day for about an hour or more, but I had my 3 year old grandson. Not really exersice. When I got home from my trip, my hustband had cooked me a big meal. I was not about to tell him I did not want it. It was good, but I was not hungry. I will do really good this week!! I will lose atleast 2 lbs this week!
