So, my enthusiasm of yesterday quickly dulled when I didn't budge that bleeding scale a touch after thinking I had eaten really well. Then I had another look at my food diary and it does not lie. I'm hoping after my 5km today and fairly good eating that I should see a dramatic change tomorrow. ..
