I am losing weight slowly! When i looked to my weight history before 1 month, i saw that i am eating everything, and still losing weight. However, i saw my food log of this month, i saw that most of my food are drinks loool...I think i should eat REAL FOOD, not everything liquid expect the water.
I think my body wants something to burn as food not drinks.
