I have plateaued around 250 but I’m getting stronger with yoga and walking. Managing blood sugar levels and turning to more veg less meat and carbs when I can.
114.3 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
