Well on my way. I'm keeping my carbs around 100 and walking 1 1/2 miles 4 days a week since August 5th. Lost 14 lbs so far.
78.0 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week
