Turun q kok cepet bgtt sih.. padahl udh mendekati ideal.. biasanya orang kalo mendekati ideal katanya susah turunya.. ini kmarin 2 hari yg lalu baru updete tdee di angka 49 skrng udh di 48 aja.. jadi malah takut.. tkut yg turun masa ototny🙄

Tiap BB qta naik / turun TDEE dan BMR jg berubah.. jadi kita harus mengkuti kebutuhan kalori TDEE dan BMR sesuai angka BB qta sekarang ..
