I just had a newborn two weeks ago. I tend to let myself go during pregnancy. Now I’d like to loose the baby weight and keep breast milk healthy for baby. Yesterday I let myself eat bad one last time and now I’m going to fight to keep things as healthy as possible. Ideally I’d like to keep my protein high, bad carbs low and healthy fats high too. The hard part is keeping my calories up enough to breastfeed. Today I started with a zucchini bake and let me tell you it was to die for! I wish everyone trying to hit their diet goals the best of luck!
