Was all ready to workout on my elliptical tonight but my monitor decides to mess up...I so want one of those monitors like they use on the biggest loser or any other brand that will actually do the job! If anyone uses one, can you please recommend one! Frustrating evening & nervous because I have a job interview in the morning. I've not had a job in over a year and a half due to my surgeries, just praying I get the job; cause money is getting tight. We all know how stress can effect ones weight. Once again, too much fat in my diet (stress equals bad eating habits for me--emotional eating).
