This weekend I went on a junk-food-eating rampage. Cheetos, cookies, pastries... everything I wasn't supposed to eat. I must have gained three pounds in three days. Now, I need to get back on track!

Mrbananas I'm loving your journal. I have searched for a while for someone else who records no only the good but also the bad in their personal journals. This post kindof made me laugh only because this has been my reality lately. I think I will follow cyour journey since our goals are similar. You had cheetos I had puffin corn. I feel so much better when I eat right I'm sure you do to.

Hi Sherota! I've never tried puffin corn, but I'll have to try it on my next binge :) which of course, hopefully, doesn't happen for a while. I agree with you that when I eat right I also feel better; I'm more productive at work and in life.
