Doing good. Walking with my neighbor again, which feels great to get out and get some exercise. Hubby made me a smoothie when I got home from walk. Humidity is low right now, so not coming home all sweaty, but it's still warm, around 90 degrees. Hate that the days are getting shorty though.
74.4 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
