Haven't been on here for awhile. My center finally closed. Fortunately, all that I didn't get was my maintenance manual if there is such a thing. I am thinking about joining weight watchers. I find that the weekly weigh ins really hold me accountable. More so than just weighing at home. I am finding it much more difficult to stick to a plan and find myself eating more than I should and not eating as healthy as I was.
