Looking to reduce my calories to 1300 as soon as this weekend is over. Not losing anything at 1500-1600.

i have the same problem! my RDI set me to 1500 and im just coasting. I dont know how to manage on 1300...im gonna be one ravenous gal!!

Hi there. I took a look at your food journal, hope you don't mind. :) For the month of October you averaged 1500 calories per day. I would suggest changing the composition of what you are eating rather than lowering the calories. That might do it. I noticed that you eat a lot of carbs and probably not all the good ones. You might try eliminating sugar and flour from your diet. Try eating so that your pie chart is 40% carbs, 30% protein and fat. Go for a month and see how that works for you.
