I have been gone for over 2 years, so much has changed in this world since the last time I have written. My weight has gone up for sure, not sure exactly but I weighed in at the doctors visit 6 months ago around 225.
The last time I was writing in this journal, I had just finished the 3 months at the fix, which gave me energy, I lost weight, thinking cleared. The fix closed soon after that, the cost was to expensive, even though people needed it, it was over priced. The building was even torn down a few months ago.
In December of 2019 I broke my ankle and had to stop working and working out of any kind.
On March 15, 2020 our life ended as we knew it here in the USA, I do not think it will ever be the same. The Wuhan Virus spread across the world and killed many elderly people.
My ankle was better, I was able to get back to work and then it all came to a screeching halt and no one went anywhere.
On May 25th the riots started over two criminals, one was white the other black.
I can say that my thinking is not as clear as it was a couple of years ago, I have let the protocol go and stopped doing it and I have gained weight and my mind is a little foggy, my joints bother me and my energy level is not where I want it.
