Wow! I've been in Jamaica for 5 weeks, before that I had a 2 week birthday blast, with no exercise and poor eating habits and I've only put on 3lb!! The weight i feel like I've put on must be muscle deterioration. I really thought I'd put about 7lb on. I feel so much better starting back on my healthy plan.
