S.O.S I need some motivational help. I was so willing to try again this week but my boss and I have been out to eat @ lunch yesterday and today. I pack it but then don't eat it how stupid can you get. I had subway for supper which isn't to bad except instead of the 6 inch of course I had to have the foot long.

I want to lose at least 20 lbs by March because me & my boss are going to Vegas and even though I've been married forever I want to look good.

All I can do is try again tomorrow. (sigh)

Except for my apparent eating disorder life is good I have a great husband wonderful daughter and a great job I love. I'm not emotionally eating my hypoglycemia just makes me so hungry and then I over do it which is one of the rules not to do with my new eating plan.

I had subway for dinner too! haha! I've been craving it like crazy lately. Listen girl - dont give up! You are doing great and you're on the right track! Just keep thinking about those awesome blessings you talked about - husband, daughter, job - and keep your chin up! You will make it!

Have you tried eating every few hours? It will help keep you more satiated so you are never starving. It just takes a little planning. You can get a cooler and bring some snacks with you. A cheesestick and an apple, a high protein bar, yogurt, etc. It helps keep your metabolism burning. Good luck!
