Hey WOW, I haven't been in here in a while!!!!!!!!!
I hope you are all doing well. I've not weighed in, not sure I want to, but I am working out two or three times a week. A little is better than none. I've done terrible with the things I've been eating but I did get my South Beach book back, so I'm planning on trying to "refresh" my memory of why I started this diet in the first place.
Hopefully I will be able to make time to get on here more often. Happy Wednesday!
