Jalanin flexible diet dr Oktober, exercise di rumah aja dari youtube channel ehh olahraga yuk.. turun 10kg g tll signifikan krna makannya masih sering ngawur 😁😅 3bln kmrn makan kurg kontrol workout berkurang, sering insomnia krna kepikiran suami yg kejebak lockdown di US. Sekarang saatnya kejar target lagi.. 💪💪💪
