Isian sosisnya : Bahan : 1. Ayam 100gr (rebus dan suwir”) 2. BP 2 3. BM 1 4. Fibercream 6grm 5. Lada 1/2 sdt 6. Garam 7. Air secukupny 8. Kaldu kira” aj 9. Gula kira” aj Cara : - haluskan BM BP ksih garem dikit , lada - Cincang ayam smpe halus(iris”) - Tumis bumbu halus (aq numis g pake minyak) - Masukan ayam - Masukan air - Masukan santan, kaldu, gula
