So I started my new job and I have been very worried about losing my routine. I had a great routine at my last job of working out at work for an hour during my lunch break. I would do Insanity with my co-workers. In addition to that I am now working in the city so food is everywhere... But, with the second week halfway over I have been able to keep my diet perfected. The problem is I have lost my excersize routine. I am working 4 10 hour days and just am exhausted by the time I get home. My new location does not have a gym in the facility. I need to figure something out fast because it has been 1.5 weeks since my last workout. I hate to lost such an awesome habit. I have to say though the weight is actually coming off just as fast not working out but that is not my only goal.

Well, you know you can work out on the other three days. You might try walking at lunch for 30 minutes. Getting up a little early and doing an exercise dvd at home. Getting a treadmill or some other exercise equipment might help too. Squeeze it in where you can.

Yeah I sure need to work out the rest of the week. I can not wake up early since I already wake up at 4am... :) but I think the lunch walk is a must as well. Thanks for the comment.
