First few days on here, finding this working from home really boring, hard to stay out of the fridge!! And trying to get into this to find some inspiration and encouragement, not used to all this picture taking and note writing, but seems fun, might have to try and make my food look a little prettier. Anyway bottom line is trying to lose a few lbs and attempting fit into a few items of clothing that I have outgrown, gets harder when you are over 50!

Ahh thanx all, I have lost about 9lbs so far, but finding it alittle hard to carry on, especially with my birthday coming up next week, so thought I would try this, hopefully everyone else's stories will encourage me to continue 😊👍🏽
