My loving rocker/rocket scientist skinny husband brought me soup in bed. My back has been spasming so I am resting today. I got a deep tissue treatment last Wednesday on my back and knees and am still hurting quite a bit. I went for a much needed walk last night at least. I go back this Wednesday for another heavy duty clinical massage. My therapist has helped me in the past so I hope she can help me again this time.
