There's no way I can possibly estimate tonight's dinner. I had cocktails, shared a cheese plate, ate salmon with spinach and shallots, shared a chocolate bread pudding, and passed lots of stuff from person to person. Oh, yes. They also brought us roasted nuts and an entree of tuna, calamari, and oysters.

I love love love having a fantastic restaurant in my building, one that focuses on fresh, local ingredients and local vendors.

Thanks. I don't think I massively overate my calorie goal. It's just that I have no way to estimate four roasted nuts and two small apple slices and a bit of brie spread on bread and a bit of raw cow milk cheese and a sip of so-and-so's cocktail and a taste of someone's entree and...
