My weight's going to be off again.
My routine has changed due to 'circumstances' and although I realize the best time for a weigh-in is in the morning, it's not going to happen. I'll be weighing myself in the evenings at gym.
This at least has an element of consistency - the same scale, the same time of day.
Of course it'll take time to develop a new base line for comparrison...
