Was not losing weight so I decided to do a liver cleans I started taking Milk Thistle I love it my face started to clear up and I finally started to lose weight I started at 170lbs down to 164lbs finally starting to see results oh I’m doing two smoothies a day and a dinner prayerfully by my birthday I’ll be at my goal weight 155lbs.
