Woke at 233.7, up 3.2 from yesterday. Slept in, so I will do HIIT spinning after work today. Coffee with cream to start. UPDATE: Did a fun two-hour meeting with my staff today talking about Personality Analysis. We did Myers-Briggs and True Colors. (I'm an ENFJ and Blue, by the way). That was a lot of fun and we laughed as we recognized personality traits in one another. Some of my IT pals had an online happy hour right after work so my spinning did not get done. Looks like it's five days this week instead of six. Weighed in before dinner and got to 233.1. Denise made burgers again, so I had a few on lettuce with tomato and onion and they were marvelous.
