I am trying to keep track of the net carbs I eat daily but I just realized that I have a different net carb count for a similar item for a lot of foods posted on this site. For instance if I enter 3oz of Chicken it says it's 1 carb but on the nutritional facts on the actual chicken package say 1 carb for 6 oz. How do I know what information is correct when I don't have a nutritional label on my food??

Maybe it is the brand name you have to look for. Is the chix processed? This can add carbs to otherwise low carb foods.
