It most certainly does sleek and Tom it was a yoga day, Im trying to do half hour every morning and it helps so much with the aches and pains!

@tom it was a maybe while I was working it I was thinking I’m deffo not having a day off! I get up so much earlier than everybody in my house so it gives me something to do, plus I’m sure the yoga helps because I think I’m not cheating good wise otherwise what was the point of pulling my body about this morning 😂
