Took my dog, Hershey for a walk at RF park for 30 min. He is hard to walk in public as he's been an indoor dog most of his life, but he did really well. I'll have to remember to go earlier in the morning on Saturdays. By the time we left at about 9am, the soccer kids were there and too many distractions for us to walk comfortably. Overall though, he was good at not pulling too much about 1/3 of the way into our walk. I was very proud, and if this keeps up for him, I'll have a great, and well trained exercise buddy :) Too, by the measurement of the park, it looks like I averaged only a slow-walk at 2 mph but I thought I was at least 3 mph. Oh well, I'll get better over time.
