I have a bachelorette party on Saturday and I am contemplating opting out of the late night festivities so that I don't blow my week. Ugh! I hope the bride doesn't kill me!

hey, thanks for your thoughtful comments on my journal... As for the party coming up, here's what I would do. Make sure you eat normally low carb for bkfst, lunch...and eat a salad and protein before going out. Fit in a good workout during the day if you can. Minimize your carbs by using a mixer like soda water (or diet soda if you have too...which I detest, but if you must) :)... and then DRINK a FULL glass of water between each alcoholic beverage - and keep them at 2 or so. Then the following day...right back on induction and lots of water.
