I started intermittent fasting (16:8) method about 2 months ago including watching my caloric intake and going for jogs at least 3-4 times a week. I’m officially down 15 lbs for the first time ever and although it’s been really hard and exhausting and I’ve had the occasional emotional breakdown, there has been some small yet BIG up moments along the way. For example, I just had to go swimsuit shopping and for the first time ever, it was a positive experience. It helped that my boyfriend was there to hype me up but I also just felt really good in the swimsuits and I honestly didn’t want to take it off when I was showing it to him. Next big step is getting myself some lingerie. ☺️
70.3 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
