Went to a gathering of friends at a local brewery (Bell's). Many of them had not seen me in a while and mentioned that they were impressed with the weight loss. I know it has been said many times before, but it is nice when other people provide positive feedback.
And no I didn't have a beer. I had a couple of diet cokes which is tough with all the wonderful offerings the Bell's Brewery can provide.
