Woke at 231.5, down .2 from yesterday. Ate a lot over the past three days. Going to do a modified fasting-mimicking diet this week. Mostly according to plan, but will eat a bit of meat. Still sticking with 1100 calories today and then four days of about 850 calories. Slept in and did not get my workout done this morning. I'll start tomorrow and won't take off next Sunday. UPDATE: Weighed 230.7 before dinner. Ate crack chicken on a wrap, so that totally blew the calorie goal for today.
