Friday night movie nights with my family. Pizza and movie. We had really yummy pizza tonight.
My high calorie day and I know pizza isn't great, however, I truly feel as though we all work very hard at our healthy lifestyles, every once in a while we deserve a treat. We deserve to splurge every now and again, otherwise it can feel a little repetitive.
Will need to work extra hard tonight when I work out. I'll have to watch what I eat all weekend, but sometimes that is well worth the reward!
