Between walking the golf course, starting up the workouts and semi-watching what I’m eating the scale is getting better. The waistline is getting better too 👍👍

Walking the course is great, it is where I golf the best, you stay loose and limber and you have time to shake off the bad shots, in which I have many!! Enjoy!!
