Okay, so I did okay yesterday. I ate two rice krispies treat that I made for my son's school. Little ones. Other than that, really avoiding mindless snacking. I like to get under 150 by weight in and so I am going to have a determine, motivated and go getter attitude this week. Today I teach aerobics, that will help. Plus my husband is gone this week, so I don't have to worry about eating anyting big.
