jadiii kemarin aku lg capek bangettt.. banyak kegiatan di kantor, alhasil pagi minum energen sama nyemil sari gandum 1 keping, siang makan nasi padang lah 1 kotak. sore makan kerupuk kulit 10 biji. malem minum teh daun jati cina plus olahraga. paginya BAB. dan nimbang.. eh turun 0,3 gram.. 🤩😃
