Chicken souvlaki. Gyro is the one cut from a vertical spit. Did you know that the folded flatbreads sold at supermarkets taste very much like Greek pitta (not Cypriot.)

No Tania, I didn't know the difference, thanks for letting me know, I usually mix recipes from different countries 😅. I have used the wholemeal pitta bread from supermarket for this one. Which one is the folded flatbreads? Is it naan bread?I can try next time....😉
